I have a few questions. One of them is can you perform this on your whole body or just a certain area? I also found inflamed parts on my body like W. Woodesson, and I would also like you to write back telling me how to relieve the inflamed parts.

My last question (which might seem kind of weird) is if you scratch yourself too many times I've noticed that it really hurts. Is this a bad thing to scratch multiple times or should I just scratch once?

Thank you for writing this, and I hope you will get back to me as soon as possible. By the way, you seem like a really interesting guy. I wish I could meet you in real life.

Interesting! I like how simple yet informative this bit of information is, maybe someday it will come in handy.

This is very interesting. I just performed what is known as the scratch test on various parts of my body and I found that a few were inflamed. Ryan, can you write a post telling us how to relieve this inflammation please?
